Shine Small Group Yoga
Starting in January 2026
Start your new year by reconnecting to your natural rhythm. Brenda will be leading an intimate small group yoga journey to support you in restoring balance, breath, and flow.
This will be a 4-week yoga journey together. Many of us have had our natural rhythms hijacked, stuck in fight-or-flight, disconnected from our breath, movement, and thought patterns. Leave each session feeling more centered, more spacious, and more in tune with yourself.
